For many years, Villa Sabine quietly led the way in creating the luxury villa experience on Menorca. The honey-stoned property, which was once a farmhouse or finca, and its outbuildings have been lovingly refurbished to host up to 16 guests in style and comfort. The 300 acres of exclusive, arable grounds that surround the property are crisscrossed with dry-stone walls, an olive orchard, and carefully mowed lawns that are edged with oleander and cypress. All of these features border the shoreline of this exceptionally special Mediterranean island.
The estate's organic vegetable farm provides a large portion of the food for the culinary service. A number of terraces are outfitted for enjoyment throughout the day, including a lovely dining terrace with views of the sea in the distance.
