Villa Lihana is a one-of-a-kind property, a jewel in the Mediterranean sea, it is a sanctuary for those in love with nature and comfort. It is located in the northern part of the magnificent island of Menorca, in Cala Pregonda, an amazing beach that only hosts a handful of properties. The villa was originally built in the early 50s, and while it still displays some of its original features, it has been reformed to adapt to the most high-end tastes.
Villa Lihana can host up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms that are comfortably separated into 3 independent houses. The tower hosts 2 bedrooms directly connect to the living room, kitchen, and indoor dining rooms. In the lower guest house, there are 2 bedrooms and a massage room (with gym equipment), all surrounded by a surfaced terrace. Finally, in the upper guest house, there are 3 bedrooms that share a living area and kitchenette.
The main appeal of the villa is without a doubt the terrace with the pool area from where to enjoy the spectacular views of Cala Pregonda, the beach directly off the property.
