It was late afternoon and the summer season was nearly over. Vanity fair called our Bonder & Co Ibiza office to ask me to choose out of all our portfolio a perfect hideaway that would represent Ibiza´s tradition, comfort, countryside with a contemporary touch to shoot our famous spanish actress Mar Flores. I just couldn’t think of recommending any other than Villa Kal up north in San Juan. Its not only the beautiful and mature gardens, buts its basic and lively furniture, they outdoor kitchen with its sofa area and of course not too mention its incredible sea views. For those who just really want to get lost and feel like the world isn’t moving, Villa Kal is the perfect property in Ibiza.
As soon as Mar Flores arrived to the property she was mesmerized with it´s beauty and simplicity. We all sat down and a combination of tea and laughter dragged us into the villa´s peace.
