This September four chefs temporarily leave their Michelin star restaurants behind and travel towards our beautiful White Island of Ibiza. For a certain time period, 3 weeks from 8 September until 27 September, they will cook in a restaurant that opens six nights a week with limited seating. It is a luxurious ‘pop-up‘ restaurant with the ambience of a private club, hidden away from the outside world.

Société Anonyme, or the Anonymous Society, is an exciting new Dutch concept, combining renowned Michelin star chefs to create intimate food fiestas, and one-of-a-kind dining experiences, in secret stunning locations for all the gourmands looking for something extra. This private pop-up dining club promises to combine a superior service, first class cuisine, and a very cosmopolitan crowd.

Why Ibiza? It is the perfect location mixing all the food lovers, luxury life style with its legendary free spirit. That is why 5 of the best Dutch Michelin star chefs will fly over to create their sublime signature menus using only a very simple kitchen and fresh local products, promoting the home grown and made with love.

Meet the chefs:

Fred Mustert** (Restaurant Fred), a Rotterdam based chef, born in Gouda, with a two Michelin star restaurant named: “Restaurant Fred”. With an expensive taste, a no-nonsense attitude and a passion for leaving quality products as they are, he makes dishes that truly stand out. A hard working chef, eager for a new challenge every day, meet Fred Mustert.

Ron Blaauw* (Ron Gastrobar), quit his fancy two star restaurant two years ago and went back to his roots with his Gastrobar. Since then the passionate entrepreneur started an eclectic range of businesses like a Hotdog bar and an Oriental spin-off of his Gastrobar. Blaauw about Société Anonyme: “I’m always open to exiting opportunities, a pop-up on Ibiza, one of my favourite holiday destinations. I couldn’t say no!”

Erik van Loo** (restaurant Parkheuvel), this son of a butcher from the province of Zuid- Limburg earned his stripes working in a wide range of top-notch restaurants. Van Loo is a perfectionist and demands nothing but the best from his produce, people and himself. He describes taste as one of humans’ deepest emotions.

Edwin Vinke** (restaurant De Kromme Watergang), runs a successful two stars restaurant in the province of Zeeland. With core values like joy, passion en perfection the pop-up is right up his alley. Vinke: “Société Anonyme is a cool concept with colleagues for which I have the utmost respect, a unique adventure.

Soenil Bahadoer** (restaurant De Lindehof), the exuberant chef, born in Dutch colony Surinam, excels in fusing traditional French Cuisine with the exotic flavours from his tropical roots.
