Water Sports in Ibiza.

You can’t enjoy proper holiday by sea without playing in the water! Swimming and ball throwing is fine, but you can do more than that, there are so many options! Take a look at our list.

Windsurfing and Kite Surfing

If you enjoy these activities, the best time for you to come is definitely off season months, when the weather is appropriate. Although, you can catch few windy days during the busy months as well. This is great especially for beginners, because light wind is easily enough. The best beaches for windsurfing are Cala Martina, Playa d’en Bossa, where wind blows directly onshore and Pinet Playa for more advanced surfers as the beach is hit by stronger west wind.

Surfing

If you’re ok with chilling on your surf, go for it in the summer time, if you’re up to real surfing, rather come in between October and December, when the wind and waves are stronger and bigger. Aim beaches Aguas Blancas, Cala Jondal or Cala Nova. For those who really want to surf during the summer months, great news! This year a new beach club, Surf House Ibiza, has opened its doors to all surfing lifestyle lovers. You have a flowrider there, sun beds, cool shops and food bar.
