Ibiza is welcoming a completely unique concept of dining and entertainment in one called HEART IBIZA. It is a partnership between the Adrià Brothers, the world-famous chefs renowned for their Michelin three-star restaurant elBulli, and Guy Laliberté, founder of Cirque du Soleil that explores the creative collision between food, music and art. It is like a reflection of cabaret, gastronomy, an art gallery, shows and revelry all representing the Ibiza spirit. So imagine live music, live art and performances with amazing food and drinks – simply a must try!
Live music, live art and exquisite service and gourmet food and drink – a space where the ingredients of the most fashionable night blend uniquely with the touch and taste that only geniuses of creativity as Cirque du Soleil and Adrià could imagine.
Located in the most lucrative area of Ibiza town – Marina Botafoch, the venue promises to bring together food, music, and art in three separate experiences:
The first experience is called Baraka – a hippie-chic street food extravaganza, where guests will feast on international street food while listening to ambient live music on the terrace.
The second experience is called the Workshop – a sit-down restaurant presenting molecular gastronomy which is the Adrià brand so famous for and music, performances and visual art.
The third experience is called La Boîte – a night club featuring live music, decadent food and libations as well as aerial acts and performances from Cirque du Soleil.
Ferran Adrià have said that “It took us 14 years to think about how to do it, because it will be an event rather than historical: open a process of reflection on the cabaret, the gastronomy, the art gallery, the show and the revelry granting the island of Ibiza.”
